Any pricing information provided on our Site or verbally is an estimate only and subject to confirmation based on your pet's specific weight and circumstances. Final pricing will be confirmed prior to service commencement. We reserve the right to adjust pricing based on actual conditions.
Payment is due at the time of service unless alternative arrangements have been agreed upon in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit and debit cards. All prices are in United States dollars.
Once cremation services have commenced, they cannot be cancelled or refunded. If you need to cancel a scheduled pickup or service prior to commencement, please contact us immediately at (208) 352-0340. Cancellation fees may apply depending on the stage of service preparation. Any disputes regarding billing must be raised within 30 days of the service date.
We take the identification and tracking of remains seriously. We maintain a chain of custody from pickup through return of ashes for private cremation services. While we take every precaution to ensure the integrity of remains, you acknowledge that the cremation process is irreversible and agree to hold us harmless from claims arising from the inherent nature of cremation services performed in accordance with our standard practices.

If arbitration is not enforceable, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Ada County, Idaho for any disputes arising under these Terms.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Site at our sole discretion, without notice or liability, for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Site will immediately cease.
